EV Charging Station Unveiled in Portland

On April 29, 2009, Portland, Oregon Mayor Sam Adams held a press conference to unveil a new electric vehicle charging station. Mayor Adams addresses San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom in response to the electric vehicle grid race between the two cities.
