Shorepower, LLC is currently seeking host site partners to advance the shore power network in the Pacific Northwest and throughout the wider United States and Canada. In most cases, Shorepower has been able to fully fund the installation of stationary infrastructure through private investment and public grant monies. For a limited time, truck stops and travel plazas can have all hardware installed on their site for little or no out of pocket investment. .NET Software Developer

Shorepower Technologies is a “Green” technologies company based in NW Portland. We Design and manufacture custom transportation infrastructure electrification products. Our primary purpose is to bring alternatives to burning fossil fuels to transportation industries. One of our main products is electric vehicle charging stations. You may have seen a few in around the Portland Metro area branded as PGE.
We are looking to expand our engineering team by adding a skilled .NET developer. This developer will have a great deal of experience writing web applications, web services and standalone application to run on windows operating systems. We have a special need to write code to run on CE6.0 embedded PC’s.

• Skills Required:
• Visual Studio 2005-2008
• C, C++, C#, VB
• .ASP, SOAP, SSL, XML
• MSSQL
• BS Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience

Bonus Skills but not required:

• Web design, CAD drafting, Desktop publishing, ADOBE.
• LAMP, PHP, PERL, PYTHON, LINUX, MYSQL
